Yeah it's about more than just fighting, but people watch bleach mostly for the action, and there's a severe lack of it. I love the show regardless but I'm tired of ranting as well. Ahhh the endless episodes before the awesome fight make you want it so much more ; ;

It wasn't the fighting scenes that made me fall for Bleach. The first part of the series is very touching, and a incredibly well done story. Don't get me wrong though, there are plenty of parts in the series that drag on and are sorta useless, especially the filler Arcs that didn't appear in the Manga, especially, imo, the last filler Arc which was just plain stupid.

Imo Bleach could have gone two ways, the way it's going now, or another direction with a more serious plot and better explanation and insight into the worlds that the characters exist in. I felt the same way with Darker Than Black.
