First there is a simple trick that can work. If you've got a good connection you can try opening several videos at once in separate browser windows or browser tabs. Start all the videos and pause them, then allowing them to fully buffer. Then you watch the videos offline or in offline mode (see below about working offline). If this doesn't work you can try the methods below...
These are not guarenteed to work for everyone (it depends on your ISP etc... and megavideo might change how things work to stop these methods).
Firstly clear your browsers cookies, next block all cookies coming from megavideo.com:
Go to: Tools > Options (in firefox)
Then click "Exceptions" and block "megavideo.com" & "www.megavideo.com" (without quotes)
Method 1
All you do is start the video playing then pause it and let it buffer all the way to the end. Then press standby on your modem (or unplug it if you don't have a standby button) and watch the movie off/line, then hit play.
(Instead of turning off/unplugging your modem, you can also try clicking File > Work Offline in your browser. But remember to change it back when you want to load another video.)
The obvious drawback is that you are offline but, you can do this all-day if you want to have a marathon Megavideo session without that annoying video limit.
Method 2
Unplug your modem from its power supply. The mailing address you have leased from your carrier will expire, as it will see that you are no longer online, and you therefore do not need an IP Address. Your IP Address currently being used will return to the pool of IPs available to use to your IP.
Clear your cookies. This takes care of the client side monitoring being done on your machine.
Wait 60 Seconds, then plug your modem back in. During the reinitialization of your modem, it will query your IP carrier for another IP Address from the pool of available ones, giving you a new IP Address.
Reconnect to Megavideo by closing your browser and accessing the material again. Your cookies will be cleared, and Megavideo will have no record of your new IP Address on their server log. Enjoy another hour of uninterrupted content.
here is alternation on method 2. it depends on your ISP, and whether it uses static or dynamic ip.
if you are using direct dsl (without router, directly in your phone line(it is sort of a dial up)) or dial up, just use disconnect/reconnect in windows.
if you are using router then go to the page of your router in browser (it is usually 192.168.XXX.XXX read manual for more info bout your router adress), log in with admin username/password (default is usually Administrator/Administrator). then disconnect/reconnect in the browser (router page), and you will have different IP in 99% of the cases (1% is if your ISP uses static IP for users, but that is not really likely).
btw you dont need to clear cookies. i am using it all the time, and you only need to change your IP to bypass limit.

Hopefully one or the other of these methods worked for some people until Mega Video realizes their stupidity and removes the limitations.

DAM I didnt know that lol. I would do this but I have a game that i leave on all the time and cant turn my internet off sicne i leave it off. Otherwise im sure it work.

I have another way to bypass the megavideo time limit. I have firefox and download helper so you can download the videos all you have to do is stream them. And it doesnt count the whole time for the video.
Well, this is lame. I suppose I have another trick to add. Firefox has an addon called "Fast Video Downloader", and its job is to download embedded videos online. It saves them in a strange file format, so you need Videora Ipod converter to change it into a watchable format. Both of those programs are free, it just takes some time to convert the vid in Videora. I haven't tested this yet to see if it will bypass the viewing limit, nor do I have the time to, so I would appreciate it if someone was able to try it and post their results.
