Guidelines

• Please Be Active: Meaning Try Posting When Your Online a Simple "LOL" would suffice even if you dont know whats going on xD
• If An Active Member Wants Your Character And Your Not Active, So Be It
• Be A Fan Of Dragon Ball Or tell us why you dislike it
• The Person Who Becomes Vice-President Will Be Someone Who I Think Is Most Deserving Of It
• Everyone Who Wants To Be Will Be Choosing A New Character If The Thread Becomes Official, The Person With The Most Votes Will Have The First Pick And So On, The People With The Most Votes Are Allowed To Steal Characters

Choosing A Character
Those of you who have seen these threads before will already know that if someone else already has a character then that character is off limits.(Exception: person who has the character is not active) EX: if one person has piccolo then no one else can pick him. This works on a first come first serve method, meaning that anyone can ask for any DB character that they want as long as no one else already has it. When actually picking your character then simply make a post asking to be that character. If that person is available then you will be added to the database, and if that person is not available then you will kindly be asked to pick another character.
