A theatrical film adaption of the Macross Frontier television anime series will open in Japan under the name Macross Frontier the Movie : The False Songstress. The teaser trailer for the film was released tomorrow in Japanese theatres, which during the same day the pre-sale tickets will be sold. The movie is scheduled to premire on November 21.

The planned Fall opening date for the film remake of the anime series was first revealed via a mini-van outside the "Macross: The Super Dimension Space Launching Ceremony" event in February. The Macross Frontier television series marker the 25th anniversary of Studio Nue's classic science-fiction franchise.

Just as long as it doesnt turn out like Bleach....*shivers* ugh anything but that...
